Oracle Enterprise Manager Exadata Management Getting Started Guides:
NOTE: When determining supportability and certification combinations for a plug-in installation into an Enterprise Manager Base Platform installation, you must consider Enterprise Manager's framework components (OMS and Agent) as well as the plug-in and monitored target's version.  Oracle recommends keeping your Enterprise Manager components and targets updated to the latest certified versions in order to receive code fixes without having to purchase an Extended Support License.

Any Fixes for Oracle Enterprise Manager: Base Platform and Plug-ins will be provided as per Oracle’s Error Correction Support Policy documented in Database, FMW, EM Grid Control, and OCS Software Error Correction Support Policy Document 209768.1
